His name is Kevin Hottmann. I would like to commend him on his professionalism and "bedside manner". I had envisioned real estate agents as a cross between used car salesman and a slime ball attorney. In the past, agents always seemed to just want to close you and collect their money and that would be the end of working with them. So, when I came across Kevin, he was a fresh change of pace. In his words, he treats all his clients like a doctor would to his patients. I remember the first time I met with him at his office. He took me through his "UVP system" and showed me how he was going to find my home and get me a low price for it. Amazing enough, his system works. He arranged for us to meet with a Loan Agent, which explained to us our options. Kevin accompanied us to the homes that met our needs and never tried to close us on a home. He provide us with the information for us to make a decision. He found a home that fit my family's need and he got us a great price within 2 weeks. He accompanied us to all the inspections, met with us to explain all of the various paperwork associated with buying a home, and met with us when we closed escrow to hand us our keys to our new home. In the last month, Kevin has visited us 3 times to make sure we are happy with our home. I can not be any more satisfied with Kevin's service.
